Happy Friday, 

Wednesday marked our students’ return to school, and it was wonderful to see them again. Our focus for the last few days and for the next week is on re-establishing routines and continuing our learning together.  

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. We are grateful for your trust and collaboration as we work to provide a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment for our students. 

It was also wonderful to see so many parents and family members join us for our Halloween costume parade today. The students were thrilled to share their creativity and excitement with our school community! 

Jacket Racket Calgary 

Our school will be participating in the Calgary Jacket Racket donation collection From November 3-14^th. Please bring clean and gently used jackets, snow pants, boots, mittens, gloves, tuques and/or scarves to the front office. All child or adult sizes are accepted.  

We are looking a few parent volunteers to help sort, bag and drop the donations off at the Jacket Racket depot in the SE on Wednesday November 19^th from 10am to 12pm. If you have a vehicle and are able to volunteer, please email Mme Danielle dagodbout@cbe.ab.ca

Remembrance Day Assembly 

Our Remembrance Day Assembly will take place on Friday November 7 at 10:45 a.m. in the gym. With less preparation time this year, the assembly will be on a smaller scale than usual, but we still look forward to coming together as a school community to honor this important day. Family members are invited to attend. 
 

Grade 6 Immunizations 

Please note that Grade 6 immunizations have been rescheduled to Thursday, December 12th. Public Health Nurses will be at the school on that day to administer vaccines for students whose families have returned the consent form.
