Happy Friday!
Bon Vendredi!
It was great to see families Thursday and Friday for conferences! Students were excited to share their learning with their families, and participated in many activities to showcase their work.
Our grade 6 students visited École Woodman School last Wednesday to celebrate francophone culture, learn about the school’s Late French Immersion program and experience another Carnaval!
Our grade 5 and 6 students completed the CBE Student Survey this week, providing an opportunity for students to report on their accomplishments and take pride in what they have achieved.
We wish everyone a safe and rejuvenating Spring Break, and look forward to welcoming students back to school on Tuesday, April 2.
Save the date for the Spring Concert!
Our spring concert will be on May second and will feature our grade 4/5, 5/6 and 6 classes.

Learn and Share | School Planning
This is the last chance to participate in our engagement survey on School Planning and Student Fees. Thank you to everybody who participated in our presentation last Wednesday! We were a small group, but we were able to share our school information and capture feedback.

Casino Update - Final Push
We are now three weeks away from the casino fundraiser on April 24 and 25. Many people stepped forward to fill open slots (thank you!). We have 7 time slots open on the evening up April 24 and 7 on the evening of April 25th. Each shift contributes about $800-$1100 to the school community. You can imagine the impact this funding makes to programs like robotics, swimming, music and others.
The casino can be a very fun event. Consider grabbing a few friends and joining us. Note that volunteers can be part of the larger community, it's not limited to parents and caregivers. The signup is at Ecole Chinook park: Casino Fundraiser Volunteer Signup (signupgenius.com)
